At Aminabad Inter College: Vineet Kr Singh too reached this college to appear in the High School examination. It was only after reaching there that she learnt that the examination had been called off. While another examinee Sushil Kr Singh knew that the paper was cancelled yet, he came to the centre to confirm.

SIMILAR WAS the scene outside all the 11 examination centres in Aminabad and Qaiserbagh police circle where Saturday’s examination was called off after Friday’s violence. A total of 4,745 examinees could not take Saturday’s examination at the 11 centres. But this number is bound to go up as at least hundreds of other students who reside in the affected area could not reach their examination centre even though the centres were not in the affected area.

DIoS, Vikas Srivatava clarified that all those examinees who missed Saturday’s examination because of the various inconveniences need not panic as the examination would be re-scheduled. The principal has to verify the students having missed the exam.
