Nicknamed "Testosterone" and built like a West Indian pace bowler but many feel he lives up to his name and is too nice to be a paceman (fellow quick bowler Henry Olonga has faced the same accusations). Useful lower-order batsman.

Another player from Harare's CFX Academy after playing for the national team at all age levels. Father played first-class cricket. Useful rugby player at school

Asked for his best friend in cricket, replied: "Everyone. I've got lots of friends. All cricketers are my friends."

Dec 2002 in final World Cup warm-up, scored 91 at a run a ball playing as a number three pinch-hitter against Kenya in Kwekwe, his birthplace.
