An institution for the last 22 years, especially popular on winter afternoons, the Tea Terrace has been presided over by the same little lady who maintains standards scrupulously. Lunch-time menus vary slightly from day to day, but you’ll always get piping-hot, home-style aloo paranthas, shammi kebabs, zeera aloo and vegetable pulao. And an eyeful of the leading lights of the art world who’ve been visiting this days since those days when they were struggling to find a place in the sun.
