Two killed, 20 injured in Assam mishap
Two persons were killed and 20 others injured when their bus skidded and fell into a roadside ditch in Assam's Nagaon district today, police said.

Two persons were killed and 20 others injured when their bus skidded and fell into a roadside ditch in Assam's Nagaon district today, police said.
The incident occurred when the bus driver was making an attempt to save a man who suddenly appeared in front of the vehicle. The bus was on its way from Nagaon to Morigaon.
While one deceased was identified as Lakhiram Bordoloi, the other one was yet to be identified.
The injured have been admitted to the Nagaon Civil Hospital and the condition of five was stated to be critical, police said.
