Giving this information here on Sunday, executive secretary of the Eco-Friends Rakesh K Jaiswal said tthat the American team members include journalists Julian Crandall Hollicks and Martine Crandall Hollick, science teacher David Black and students Emily Lamb, Katue Burggraf and Vicky Done.
He said Julian and Martin have their own Independent Broadcasting Associates and are making a radio programme series on Ganga.
The executive secretary of the Eco-Friends said the American Ganga ambassadors would interact with Eco-Friends Ganga ambassadors here. They would discuss, share and learn various aspects of the river Ganga.
They would also generate river water quality data while collecting and analysing water samples, he said. He said the team would visit Massacre Ghat to collect water samples and analyse the same in SMC lab on July 17 and 18.
The Ganga ambassadors will also visit Brahmavarta Ghat, Bithoor to collect water samples. They would analyse these samples in the lab of Delhi Public School (DPS), Kalyanpur on July 19 and 20.
He also said that Ganga ambassadors from Army school, Puranchand Vidyaniketan, Dr Virendra Swaroop Education Centre, Kidwai Nagar, Virendra Swaroop Memorial Public School, Civil Lines and Huddard High School would interact with the Ganga ambassadors of the United States of America on July 21.
