Addressing the principals, Registrar and other university officials, the Vice-Chancellor apprised them of the changes in examination, academic and administrative setup. He asked the principals to ensure that students’ presence in classes is not below 75 per cent in the academic year.

He also directed them to make maximum information available regarding the colleges through notice boards and websites. Principals were asked to submit full information about admitted students with application form before October 7. With Rs 5000 late fee form will be accepted till October 13.

Registrar Sanjay Tiwari proposed the vote of thanks. Deputy Registrar H S Tripathi conducted the meeting.
