Venkatesh Temple fest to end on Jan 14

Devasthan Mandal publicity in-charge Sampat K Dhut informed that the festival would continue up to Makar Sankranti on January 14. Prahlad Das Jakhotia, Ashok Dhus and Shankar Rao Mukkekar of Devsthan Mandal said that a 24-hour ‘Jap Parikrama would be conducted in the temple on 50th birth anniversary of Swami Niwasacharya from 7.00 am on January 27.

After the completion of this ‘Jap’ on January 28, the devotees would take out a rally in the Chhatribag area. The programme would conclude with worship of Lord Venkatesh and distribution of ‘prasad’.
