This is a card that is used by a person when they are in India and they want to call someone abroad. Using a normal phone or a mobile phone can raise the cost for the person but these cards allow for calling to specific countries at a lower rate. This is very useful for someone who has to call relatives or business contacts on a regular basis where in some cases the call is as cheap as a STD call.
