Youth held for trying to enter Kolkata airport

Airport sources said 20-year-old S Islam was spotted while he was scaling down the boundary wall.

A youth was intercepted by the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) personnel while he was trying to enter the operational area of NSC Bose International Airport in Kolkata on Wednesday evening.

Airport sources said 20-year-old S Islam was spotted while he was scaling down the boundary wall by the patrolling CISF men. He was later handed over to the police.

After interrogating the youth, police said he appeared to be mentally deranged.
