Judge Abhay Thipsay ordered police to lodge Zaheera in the Byculla jail to execute the Supreme Court order that had sentenced her to one year in jail and had imposed a Rs 50,000 fine.

The judge also ordered that Zaheera may be given a set off for the period she has already spent in prison after her surrender before the court recently.

The judge adjourned till April 7 the matter concerning show cause notices issued to Zaheera and her family members for perjury (giving false evidence) in the Best Bakery retrial in the Mumbai court.
