Gehlot to take oath on Dec 13

Congress Legislature Party leader Ashok Gehlot will be sworn in as Chief Minister of Rajasthan on December 13, a Raj Bhavan spokesman said Thursday night.

Congress Legislature Party leader Ashok Gehlot will be sworn in as Chief Minister of Rajasthan on December 13, a Raj Bhavan spokesman said Thursday night.

Governor SK Singh invited Gehlot when a Congress delegation led by party General Secretary Digvijay Singh met him and staked the claim to form the government.

Congress with 96 MLAs emerged as single largest party and enlisted the support of 11 independents succeeded in achieving majority in the 200-member assembly
