"Sanjay Bagaria was arrested from Saharanpur in Uttar Pradesh. He will be produced in a court there and will be
taken on transit remand," Joint Commissioner of Police (Crime) Damayanti Sen told PTI.

Asked what action would be taken against him, Sen said, "He has been absconding for a long time. We will
interrogate him and only then we can know about the nature of his involvement."

Six persons, including three directors of the building were issued charge sheets. Liftman Tarun Bagaria and
caretakers Ram Shankar Singh and Joy Praksh Singh were arrested earlier.
