Tata Motors to move Supreme Court on Singur land
Tata Motors Limited on Monday said it will move the Supreme Court challenging the order of the Calcutta High Court refusing to stay distribution of land to owners at Singur.

Tata Motors Limited on Monday said it will move the Supreme Court challenging the order of the Calcutta High Court refusing to stay distribution of land to owners at Singur.
In a statement, the company spokesperson said the Tata Motors Limited will raise the matter before the Supreme
Court as per the country's legal procedure.
The Calcutta High Court today refused to pass an interim stay on the Tata Motors Limited plea that they were
apprehensive that land in Singur would be distributed to the unwilling farmers from tomorrow.
