There is no magic 15-minute workout, but make sure you’re covering your entire body when you train. Given the time restriction, make sure you warm up a little before you start and then just focus on whatever workout you’re doing that particular day. If there was one exercise I would do every day, it’s squats, especially if it’s only 15 minutes a day.
