Need workout motivation? Watch Kiara Advani nail a spinning back high kick
Kiara Advani is giving us the motivation to work out with her latest clip. The actor posted a video of herself nailing a spinning back high kick with her trainer.
Kiara Advani is kickstarting her fitness routine after a year and a half break, and she took to Instagram to announce the news. Gyms have stayed shut during the Covid-19 pandemic, forcing several people to train from the safety of their homes. Amid this, for many, fitness took a back seat. Kiara was also one of them, as she had to stop her training with her Mixed martial arts and Taekwondo coach. However, now as things have started to open up partially, the actor also decided to jump on the fitness bandwagon.

Kiara Advani loves working out. In order to stay fit, the actor includes various forms of training routines in her schedule. From cardio to core-strengthening exercises to taekwondo and more, she does everything. Today, she posted a video with her trainer, Lalit Gurung. She captioned the post, “Hats off to him for trusting my kicks. Back with @mma.lalit after a year and a half.”
In the fun video, Kiara did a spinning back high kick in which she tried to remove her trainer’s cap with the tip of her shoe. She flaunted her impeccable balance and core strength with the clip. She also appreciated her coach’s trust in her, as he did not even flinch once as the star performed the kicks.
The actor wore a light blue strappy tank top with an orange racerback sports bra for the routine. She teamed it with dark blue tights, a red face mask, blue hand gloves, and training shoes. She tied her tresses in a braided ponytail for the workout.
Earlier, Kiara had set the internet ablaze with a video of herself in a hot pink bikini top and bottoms. She said that she was missing her days in the Maldives. She looked stunning in the clip.
