Panic had gripped Rupaideeha after the local police on Thursday recovered six sticks on which the word ‘dynamite’ was written.

“A team of ATS led by Additional SP, Dinesh Yadav reached the spot. After minute examination by the Bomb Detection and Disposal Squad (BDDS), the sticks were found to be wax candles,” IG, ATS, Asim Arun said.

It was found that such candles were available online as well, he said adding that the police is trying to find out whether it was mischief and who was behind it.
