Today is the last day of Amazon’s annual summer sale 2019, so if you haven’t availed of any offers till now, log on to their website and see what you might be interested in. There’s something for everyone, and lots of goodies for your kids if you browse through their sections. Amazon has lots of board games which you can buy, a great way to wean your kids off all those digital devices they’ve become so used to. When was the last time you played a board game anyway?
As far as options go, there is The Game of Life, which is one of the oldest board games there is, since it was created in 1860. The game is about a person’s life, from college to retirement, including jobs, marriage and children. If you didn’t play this game as a kid, it’s a great option for both you and your kid or for you to enjoy during a quiet night in with friends.
Amazon also has the classic Hot Wheels 5 car gift pack. We doubt no one here would have missed out on having these as kids, and it would make a great gift for your own child. But if board-games is where your interest has shifted to, then they also have Monopoly, along with lots of other choices.
