An overweight janitor (Cedric The Entertainer) wakes up in a swanky hotel room. He can’t remember how he got there or for that matter, who he is. Insisting that he’s an undercover agent, the memory-challenged slob is now confronted with a caboodle of baddies. Quite predictably, he glib talks his way through crises galore.

The wannabe farce is likely to bore the most indulgent viewer to tears.

Director Mayfield (Blue Streak) subjects us to a barrage of smutty situations, slapstick shenanigans and dreary dialogue. As for the staging of the mandatory action scenes, they’re amateurish.

The normally bankable Lucy Liu is wasted in the inconsequential role of a kick-butt waitress. The less bemoaned about the rest of the cast, the better. Abysmal, and then some.
