No heavy rain but traffic crawls across Mumbai

Apart from Western Express Highway, motorists witnessed slow-moving traffic along the Link Road, especially in Goregaon and Andheri

Even as the skies remained clear on Monday morning, heavy traffic was reported on the Western Express Highway (WEH) during Monday morning rush hour.

Motorists also complained of slow traffic on the Eastern Express Highway (EEH).

Apart from the WEH, in the western suburbs, motorists witnessed slow-moving traffic along the Link Road, especially in Goregaon and Andheri.

SV Road and LBS Road remained clear of traffic with only minor snarls in small patches being reported for slow moving traffic .

While the Eastern Express Highway brought some respite to motorists, heavy congestion was reported between Chembur and Sion.
