The Santacruz police said the issue came to light after a lawyer, Samir Sahani filed a complaint. In his FIR, Sahani said he parked his car on around 4.44pm in front of Hotel Ramada on the Juhu Tara road last week.

Three hours later, when he went to take his vehicle, an employee of the agency asked him to pay Rs80 as parking fee. Sahani asked for the fee chart and the man’s license. When he refused, Sahani approached the police.
