Two soldiers from Maharashtra die at LoC, Leh
While one of the deceased soldiers was from Satara, another was from Kolhapur.
Two soldiers from Maharashtra lost their lives in two separate incidents on India-Pakistan border on Thursday.

Deepak Jagannath Ghatge, 27, died on the Line of Control in Poonch sector in a case of indiscriminate firing by Pakistan soldiers. Ghatge, who hails from Borgaon village in Satara district, is survived by his wife, a son and a daughter.
In another incident, Mahadeo Tupare died due to suffocation after he got trapped under ice in Leh on Thursday. Tupare hails from Mahipalgad in Kolhapur district.
Bodies of both soldiers are expected to be brought to Maharashtra on Saturday.
