MUMBAI: Ilie Gabriel Marian, an accused in the ATM skimming fraud case in Kerala was arrested from the city’s outskirts in a joint operation of Kerala police and the Mumbai crime branch on Tuesday. The Romanian national had fled to Mumbai along with two of his accomplices after allegedly committing the crime in Kerala, said the police.
