Worried about low sales, developers will gift liquid-crystal display (LCD) television sets to those who book a flat at the Maharashtra Chambers of Housing Industry’s exhibition to be held at the Bandra-Kurla Complex from April 14 to 17.
Worried about low sales, developers will gift liquid-crystal display (LCD) television sets to those who book a flat at the Maharashtra Chambers of Housing Industry’s exhibition to be held at the Bandra-Kurla Complex from April 14 to 17.
“All developers have agreed to giving free LCD television sets to flat buyers at the exhibition,” said Boman Irani, chairman of the Maharashtra Chambers of Housing Industry exhibition
sub-committee. Irani also heads the Rustomjee Group. Those who book entry passes online will get free entry to the Maharashtra Chambers of Housing Industry’s exhibition. The entry charge is Rs 50 per person. In addition, developers have been instructed to inform the visitors about all the permissions they have obtained for their housing projects on sale at the exhibition.
