The sacking of 127 employees had led to violence at the company’s office on June 21, after the Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) took up the matter.

On Tuesday, MNS leader Shalini Thackeray met the management, which also announced the reinstatement of the workers. Following the meeting Thackeray told mediapersons: “The senior officials had prepared false reports about the performance of the Marathi youth which was cited for their sacking. We had taken up the matter and demanded thorough investigation.”

She added, “The investigations proved that the reports were wrong and action has been taken against the officials.”

Kapil Rajput, managing director of the company said: “We have terminated three officials from their respective posts for making wrong reports. We have also decided to take back the youth.”

He added, “We will also make them permanent employees of the company after a three month period.”
