Cops didn’t register FIR: MNS man’s wife
The wife of a Jalgaon corporator has approached the Commissioner of Police, Mumbai, requesting him to direct the Oshiwara police to register her complaint that her husband allegedly assaulted and threatened with a revolver.

The wife of a Jalgaon corporator has approached the Commissioner of Police, Mumbai, requesting him to direct the Oshiwara police to register her complaint that her husband allegedly assaulted and threatened with a revolver.
Ruby Kolhe, wife of Vijay Kolhe, has alleged that the Oshiwara police refused to lodge an FIR when the duty officer learnt that Vijay was a Maharashtra Navnirman Sena corporator. Ruby's lawyer, Sushan Kunjuraman said the husband and wife are embroiled in a property dispute.
Ruby has also accused Vijay of polygamy. According to the complaint, including her he has five wives.
