Corruption must be actively rooted out

Builders have become so arrogant today that they are confident about the ways in which they can bend the rules, even before official approvals are granted.

In order to ensure that they are not caught, officers working in the departments dealing with building proposals have built networks of henchmen who act as middlemen on illegal deals, thereby protecting applicant and official.

These henchmen promise results after discussing the proposals with certain officials and quote enormous sums, to be divided between themselves and the officials.

All that is necessary is to track down and ban these henchmen, who have been openly flaunting their wealth.

Only plot owners should be allowed to deal with the building proposals department, not architects or developers. That way, each proposal would come from a new person and the officials would hopefully be forced to operate honestly.
