Sessions Judge M Kshatriya refused Mohan bail observing that commercial quantity of contraband was seized from him.

The judge added that Mohan had failed to establish that no case was made out against him.

Mohan, who was earlier posted with the Narcotics Control Bureau’s Chandigarh unit, was arrested in January allegedly with a consignment of 12.8 kg of heroine from an Oshiwara club. The ATS had opposed Mohan’s bail saying they were still to locate the source of the contraband seized from him.
