Prof Kanade said he had observed the stock market for many years and had concluded that most investors lost more money than they made.

“I decided to guide investors who have money to invest and are willing to invest, but do not know how to go about it,” he said.

Kanade presented a paper on the subject, which he got published at the host institution.

“A publisher in Europe was highly impressed and contacted me, persuading me to write a book,” he said.
