Abu Jundal trained members of the LeT in the terror group’s camps in Bangladesh.

In late 2006, the ATS were tipped off about LeT stooge, Abdul Shammad Khan, who had crossed the Bangladesh border and was returning to his village in Beed.
Khan had sneaked into Bangladesh for picking up a consignment of arms and ammunition for the terror group’s operations in India. He was intercepted at Manmad station. During interrogation, Khan spilled the beans about Jundal and the LeT’s terror network in
Bangladesh. “He told us that he had met the accused in the terror camps located in Hatia and Cox Bazaar. He worked as a trainer. He took several boys from India, mostly Simi cadres, after he escaped in 2006,” the official said.
