US President Barack Obama will meet some of the brightest students in the city during his short visit to city in November.

US President Barack Obama will meet some of the brightest students in the city during his short visit to city in November.
Obama will be interacting with students from St Xavier’s College when he visits Mumbai on November 6 and 7. The President wants to have a “town hall style” session with students at the 130-year-old heritage campus of the college. A group of officials from the American Centre and US authorities visited the campus on Tuesday.
“Obama’s visit is more or less final, though the date and time is not yet fixed. We are arranging for students to meet him since it is the Diwali weekend,” said a college official.
The college has hosted foreign dignitaries such as Secretary of State Hillary Clinton in 2009.
