The train will leave Mumbai Central at 10.50 pm and reach New Delhi at 6 pm the next day. “The coaches will give passengers comfort on par with the airline travel,” said a WR spokesperson.

The LHB coaches are fitted with a microprocessor-controlled high capacity air conditioning system to provide better comfort to passengers during summer and winter. Yet another advantage of LHB coaches is that the sound level of these coaches is 60 decibels — it is around 100 decibels in conventional coaches.

The braking system of LHB coaches is much superior to that of conventional trains and the technology consumes less energy while creating heat and cooling effect in the coaches.
