A division bench of justice AM Khanwilkar and justice AR Joshi on Monday asked the high court registrar to initiate action against Amol Khilare and Raju Sonawane for tampering with the listing of cases.

The high court has also asked the registrar to place the action taken report by March 14.

The clerks had allegedly listed two petitions under the caption of “fresh matters” instead of “after notice” to give the case priority when it comes for hearing.
