Ayushmann Khurrana to form a rock band this year

Actor Ayushmann Khurrana, who will soon be seen in Hawaizaada, a biopic based on the life of Shivkar Bapuji Talpade, an Indian scholar who is supposed to have constructed and flown India’s first unmanned airplane, is working on forming a rock band this year.

The 30-year-old, who received accolades with his last single, Mitti Di Khushboo, reveals, "It will be a soft rock/­alternative band. We will mostly be covering famous Bollywood songs, besides creating ­originals. But all this will be after my films have been released."

The actor will also be seen in two other films later this year.
