Dr Dre named the highest paid musician of 2014, Beyonce ranks 2nd

Rapper-producer Dr Dre has been named the highest paid musician of 2014 after banking $620 million.
The 49-year-old star landed the top spot with a figure nearly six times higher than Beyonce who was named second in the Forbes list.
Beyonce's this year earnings totalled USD 115 million.
Dre's massive earnings came from his music and electronics company, Beats, which he co-founded in 2008 and sold it to Apple in May 2014 for USD 3 billion.
