According to thesun.co.uk, Slash and his wife claim they were misled by Hollywood real estate agents. Slash apparently wanted lots of space for his friends and their vehicles.

He also claimed that the place was smaller than advertised and is on a public place with parking restrictions. A judge gave him permission to pursue the lawsuit in which he wants millions of dollars in damages.
