I don’t believe in making lollipop music: Badshah
Punjabi composer-singer Badshah talks about coming up with a new music album and the connection he shares with his fans.
Music composer and singer Badshah says that he will soon be coming out with a music album. The hitmaker has been releasing singles for a while, but tells us that he wants to come up with an album and has been toying with the idea for some time.

“I am an artist who is beyond singles now,” he says further explaining that he doesn’t want to follow the current trend where musicians release singles over albums. “I am not like the other artists and I don’t believe in making lollipop music,” he adds.

Talking about his album, he says, “The album will be about the kind of feelings and changes that I have gone through over the last few years. I believe the album conceptually will be able to share these emotions with my fans, who I believe also went through similar emotions at some point in their lives.”

The Haryana-born hitmaker also adds that his fans are very important and that he takes audience feedback very seriously. “I make music for myself, yes, but I do realize that fans have to like it as well. I mean I am here because of them and I really value their opinion a lot,” he adds.
