International pop star Justin Bieber, 19, was caught spitting from his balcony while his fans waited below to catch a glimpse of him in Toronto.

International pop star Justin Bieber, 19, was caught spitting from his balcony while his fans waited below to catch a glimpse of him in Toronto.
This is not the first time that the teen pop sensation has been seen spitting on people.
In May, he allegedly spat on his neighbours and a police complaint was filed against him.
More recently, a DJ also accused Bieber of spitting on him.
