Lucky Ali shared a tweet about chemotherapy without any context on Thursday and got his fans worried about his health.

Singer, composer and song writer Lucky Ali shared a scary tweet on Thursday that raised the heartbeats of his fans. He wrote, without any context, how chemotherapy should never be an option. As chemotherapy is one of the treatments to cancer, fans and media started running wild with speculations about his health.

“Dear Chemo therapy you should not be an option..ever...,” he wrote in a tweet. Soon fans started tweeting, wondering the status of singer’s health.

Lucky later tweeted a clarification on his tweet and reassured his fans that he is healthy. “By Allahs Grace I’m FINE and Thankyou everyone for your love and concern.. I was ranting against Chemo therapy because young people are being diagnosed with cancers and Losing hope when there are other Holistic Cures..So it was just one of those ones..Love Always,” he wrote.

His fans finally breathed a sigh of relief. “Glad to know u are fine,” tweeted a fan. “Thank God. God bless,” wrote another.

Actors Sonali Bendre and Irrfan Khan recently revealed their own diagnoses of cancer and neuroendocrine tumour, respectively. While Sonali is receiving treatment in New York, Irrfan is in London.

Lucky is the son of late Bollywood actor Mehmood. He is known for his soulful music and albums Sunoh, Sifar and Kabhi Aisa Lagta Hai. He also sang hit songs like Ek Pal Ka Jeena (Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai), Hairat (Anjaani Anjaani) and Safarnama (Tamasha) for Bollywood movies.
