Jones will now perform on two consecutive days – March 5 and 6 – at Sirifort Auditorium. “I’m very excited to be playing in Delhi, and I’m excited to be adding a second show. I hope that we’ll have a lot of fun at the shows, and that everyone else is as excited as I am,” said Norah Jones.

Her performance comes with a cause, as it aims to raise funds and spread awareness about breast cancer. She will kick off her three-city tour with a headlining performance at A Summer’s Day music festival in Mumbai on March 3 followed by concerts in New Delhi then in Bangalore on March 8. “We wanted more fans to be able to hear her perform live, and so we spoke to her, and her management is adding a second show in Delhi,” says Vijay Nair, the organiser.

Norah Jones will be supported by Portland singer, M Ward, one half of indie pop duo She & Him.
