MANSA: The Mansa police on Wednesday recovered the missing limb of Dalit youth Sukhchain Singh, who was allegedly abducted and killed in Gharagna village by a rival group of liquor smugglers who chopped off one of his legs. Congress MLA Sunil Jakharnil Jakhar criticised the ruling government of SAD-BJP government for patronising the liquor mafia in the state. “All the cases involving the liquor mafia should be clubbed together and CBI should enquire into it under the supervision of a sitting judge,” Jakhar said.
