PERUMBAVOOR (KERALA): Kerala chief minister Pinarayi Vijayan on Saturday handed over the keys of a newly constructed house in Ernakulam district to the mother of the young Dalit woman, Jisha, who was found dead on April 28. The 600-sqft home, named ‘Jisha Bhavan’, has been built at a cost of Rs 11 lakh with the help of the state government. “Generally, it’s a happy occasion when someone moves into a new home. But here, it’s not so, as none can be happy after the brutal murder of Jisha,” said Vijayan.
