Kuldeep Panwar, former Hindustan Times sports journalist, dies

Kuldeep Panwar started his career as a sports journalist with Hindustan Times in Chandigarh in 2010. In 2015, he joined The Tribune and was currently working with Mint in Delhi.

Kuldeep Panwar, former sports journalist with Hindustan Times, died on Monday in New Delhi following a cardiac arrest. He was hospitalised with dengue.

The 29-year-old Kuldeep, who had lost his father last January, is survived by his wife, mother, a younger brother and sister.

Kuldeep started his career as a sports journalist with HT in Chandigarh in 2010. In 2015, he joined The Tribune and was currently working with Mint in Delhi.

Kuldeep hailed from Kunihar village in Solan district of Himachal Pradesh. He did his schooling from Delhi and graduation and Masters from Himachal University.
