Senior advocate Ashutosh Ranjan Pandey filed the case seeking initiation of contempt proceedings against Rabri Devi, a former chief minister who ruled the state for over seven years.
Pandey in his petition charged her with with having ‘scandalised and lowered´ the authority of the judiciary in her election speech at Chapra on April four.
The petition is likely to come up for hearing in a day or two, Pandey claimed.
