In Pics: Flood wreaks havoc in Central China

10 million residents of Henan province in the Chinese city of Zhengzhou are reeling under unprecedented floods cause by torrential rains. The highest-level emergency alert notice has been issued across the province, and 3000 PLA personnel have been deployed to carry out rescue operations.
