PCOS is the condition where the ovaries produce an abnormal amount of Androgen leading to cyst formation in the ovaries. Fatigue is a symptom of PCOS. "Most of the time it’s because our bodies are pumping stress hormones (such as cortisol) almost all day long, and other times it’s triggered from other symptoms of PCOS," wrote Dietitian Tallene Hacatoryan.
