Travelling in Mumbai has become a painful experience for commuters. Roads have been dug up almost everywhere. Here's one on the link road, near Oshiwara Depot in the city. This not only creates traffic jams but also causes nuisance to the pedestrians. (Vidya Subramanian/HT photo)
