Incessant showers batter Chennai, NDRF teams deployed in TN, Andhra Pradesh and Puducherry
The depression over the Bay of Bengal crossed northern Tamil Nadu coast close to Chennai on Thursday evening. "Depression crossed north Tamil Nadu coast close to Chennai between 1730 & 1830 hrs IST of today, the 11th November," the IMD tweeted on November 11.
