Six months after Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced that the landing site of Chandrayaan 3's moon lander would be named Shiv Shakti, the International Astronomical Union, has officially granted it recognition. the internationally recognized body for the nomenclature of celestial objects approved the name "Statio Shiv Shakti" for the landing site of Chandrayaan's Vikram lander on Tuesday.
