Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs has demanded an independent investigation of the management of the Dragon Bravo Fire because the federal government chose to handle the fire as a controlled burn "during the driest, hardest part of the Arizona summer," even though it was triggered by lightning.(via REUTERS)
