Lok Sabha Elections 2019: Sameer Bhujbal is NCP’s Nashik candidate choice

Nationalist Congress Party gave tickets to senior NCP leader Ajit Pawar’s son Parth from Maval and the Shirur seat was given to actor Dr Amol Kolhe

Nationalist Congress Party announced its second list on Friday and gave tickets to senior NCP leader Ajit Pawar’s son Parth from Maval and former Maharashtra chief minister Chhagan Bhujbal’s nephew Sameer from Nashik. The Shirur seat was given to actor Dr Amol Kolhe.

NCP announced tickets for five seats on Friday which include Maval, Shirur, Nashik, Dindori and Beed. NCP leader Sharad Pawar compromises his candidature for grandson Parth Pawar and announced him ticket from Maval.

As daughter Supriya Sule and grandson Parth is contesting elections, Pawar cancelled his candidature from Madha Lok Sabha. Ajit Pawar himself made Maval Lok Sabha constituency prestigious and asked to give ticket to his son Parth.

Sameer Bhujbal is Bhujbal’s nephew and was MP in 2009 to 2014. He was in jail along with Bhujbal in Maharashtra Sadan scam. He got bail from court six month before.

Party announced ticket to Marathi TV serial actor Amol Kolhe from Shirur, Dhanraj Mahale from Dindori and Bajrang Sonawane from Beed Lok Sabha constituency.

Kolhe was with Shiv Sena. Just a month before Kolhe good bye the Shiv Sena and joined NCP. He is popular due to his ongoing historic serial on Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj. NCP denied tickets to party willing candidates and given chance to new face from Shirur.

Party had given chance to the Dhanraj Mahale from Dindori in Nashik District. Dhanraj is a son of former MP Haribhau Mahale.

It was expected that party would file the ticket from Munde family to defeat the Gopinth Munde’s daughter Pritam Munde who is representing BJP from Beed. But NCP had given chance to the Bajarang Sonawane.

NCP took lead in ticket announcement in Maharashtra declared tickets for 16 Lok Sabha constituencies yet.

Family dynasty in NCP’s second list: 5 out of 3 are relatives

NCP announced five seats on Friday out of three seats are from family dynasty. Parth got ticket from Maval who is son of former Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar. Sameer Bhujbal got ticket from Nashik who is nephew of former Deputy Minister Chhagan Bhujbal. Party had given chance to the Dhanraj Mahale who is son of former MP Haribhau Mahale.///eom/AK
